Help Center

Everything about getting into a course, finishing it, and getting the credit. If your question isn't here, the FAQ goes deeper — and a person answers the phone during business hours.

Getting started

Create a free account, add the license you are renewing, then pick courses your state accepts.

  • Create an account — email, password, and the state you work in.
  • Add your license number and category under My Licenses so completions can be matched to it.
  • Browse the catalog — every course lists the states it is approved in and the credit hours it carries.

Courses and CEU credit

Approval is per state and per license category, so the same course can carry credit in one state and none in another.

  • The course page shows approved states, categories and hours before you buy.
  • Courses marked no CEU credit in your state are still yours to learn from — they just will not renew your license there.
  • Company courses assigned by your employer are internal training and, unless the course page says otherwise, carry no state credit.

Watching lessons

State boards require proof that you actually sat through the material, so the player tracks seat time rather than clicks.

  • You cannot skip past what you have not watched. Rewatching anything already covered is always allowed.
  • A Still watching? prompt appears after a couple of minutes without activity. Confirm it and playback continues from where it stopped.
  • Close the tab whenever you like — progress is recorded as you go and picks up on the next device you sign in on.

Tests and certificates

Most courses end in a test, and the certificate unlocks once it is passed.

  • Practice tests can be retaken as often as you want; they do not affect your record.
  • Certificates appear under My Learning and can be viewed, printed or saved as a PDF at any time.
  • Whether a completion is reported to the board for you depends on the state and the course. If you are not sure which applies to yours, ask us before your renewal deadline.

Billing and refunds

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

  • Receipts and past orders live under your account's order history.
  • Refund Policy — what is refundable, and for how long.
  • Wrong course, or bought the same one twice? Email us and we will sort it out.

Company accounts

Companies can buy seats in bulk, assign courses to employees and watch completion in one place.

  • Employees join by invitation link; the invitation ties their account to the company.
  • Administrators see each employee's assigned courses, progress and certificates — not their personal license documents.
  • For a quote on seats or a custom course, contact us.

Common fixes

  • Video will not play. Try another browser or network first — corporate firewalls often block video streaming. Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox are all supported on their current versions.
  • Progress looks wrong. Seat time is recorded roughly once a minute, so the last minute before a hard crash can be lost. Anything larger than that, tell us and we can check the record.
  • Signed out unexpectedly. An account can only be used in one place at a time — signing in elsewhere ends the earlier session.
  • Forgot your password. Use the reset link on the sign-in page; the email arrives within a few minutes.
